Marianne Sørensen, Chief Financial Officer, member of the Group Executive Board
“As CFO and member of the GEB Marianne has been part of all major decisions this company has made since she joined in 2018. Overall, one of her major contributions has been to mature and professionalize Ramboll towards becoming a more integrated company. She has been instrumental in the overall leadership of our Finance, Legal, Facility Management & Real Estate, Procurement, and Business Integrity & Compliance functions just as she has more broadly contributed to making our enabling functions more integrated and scalable. I want to thank Marianne for her contribution, and I wish her the best of luck for the future”, says Group CEO Jens-Peter Saul.
“I have truly enjoyed my time with Ramboll, and I am very proud of the results we have achieved in that period. I now look forward to applying my wide CFO experience and the experience I have built from being on the board of Danish and international companies in new contexts such as taking on new board memberships.”, says Marianne Sørensen.
Senior Group Director, Finance Jacob Bak Skovhus will be acting CFO until a permanent replacement of Marianne Sørensen is in place. Jacob Bak Skovhus brings more than 20 years of international experience in corporate finance from senior finance positions in Ramboll and Novozymes.
